By accessing or using Reddscan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Reddscan.

2. Description of Service

Reddscan provides Reddit monitoring and data scraping tools. We allow users to track keywords, brand mentions, and export publicly available Reddit data. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Reddscan for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or API guidelines
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or individuals
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute Reddscan without permission
  • Use Reddscan to collect personal data for malicious purposes

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Reddscan is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reddscan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reddscan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Reddscan. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Reddscan will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through Reddscan. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
